It said on "The Making Of" that it took 1 week to film that song. Granted, Ash looked beautiful and the costumes were different, but yeah, a lot to wade through to get there. And have you ever noticed that in all his movies Sanjay Kapoor is the central prop that his leading ladies dance around so he has to move as little as possible? The second DVD of the set had 30 (!) songs from Boney Kapoor movies, many starring Sanjay (e.g. "Dilbar Dilbar" from Sirf Tum, with Sushmita Sen in about 10 costume changes). DD, thanks. I'm a very, very strong believer in that. In fact, in that 'addicted to bombay' piece, I'd written an entire para on how Bombay changes the entire look and feel of a scene, adding new meaning to it, in the Indian film industry - Shakti and Deewaar being two (of many) cases in points.
