These photos remind me of a quote by author Edward Luce in his recent book “Inspite of the Gods - the strange rise of modern india” where he mentioned that “if a country’s GDP were to be measured purely in cultural products, India would easily have a thumping annual surplus.”

I wasn’t aware that India was being promoted in the U.S. as well.
I did see some in Chennai.
