Rediff has just reported that Karan Johar has called off plans for a splashy premiere of KANK, owing to the recent bombings.
Wonder if this means the actors will be present in the US or UK?
NYC would make perfect sense, given how we were the host city for the filming…

Yeah, that was a cute detail. He really hams it up during these ‘making of’ segments; I remember this also on Kuch Naa Kaho and Bluffmaster.
I hope they’ll be in the US and not UK, because I’ll be at a concert on the 11th and it’d kill me to know there’s a huge Bollywood premiere with all the stars taking place somewhere else in the same city!
