Sowmya, good question. I must take a closer look at home tonight. I don’t think, up close, he looks so, so babyish. Maybe he’s just young-ish and not quite as rotund, yet. He’s related to these two here.

Nice pic! Today evening was festive with drums, cymbals, etc., as all the Ganeshas were put up all over town. I am in Pune, the heartland of this festival.

Is that a ‘baby Ganesha’? He doesn’t seem to have much of the belly normally associated the generous lord.
